Visse aftaler kan du selv aflyse eller ændre og visse opgaver kan du selv booke en tid til (fx blodprøver), så du slipper for ventetid, når du ankommer på hospitalet. Derudover kan du følge din ventetid samt få notifikationer direkte på din telefon, når der fx er 5 minutter til, at du bliver kaldt ind, hvis afdelingen benytter sig af ankomstregistrering og kaldetavler.
